I was just going through some videos that I'd recorded this summer off of CSPAN (I'm a junkie) and came across one that struck me as what would be, in essense, the perfect closing campaign speech for Obama, needing very little rewriting, if any.
It was the Democratic radio address on Saturday, August 9, which traditionally follow's the president's radio address, and it perfectly summarizes, I think, his main platform positions, and reasons for why he--and we--believe that he's the right choice for president.
Namely, restoring the middle class, helping out working Americans, implementing a fairer tax policy, universal health insurance, rebuilding the nation's infrastructure, investing in alternative energy, ending the war in Iraq responsibly, and restoring America's standing in the world.
