Well this is really fishy:

This morning, a voter in Cumberland County said she tried to vote for Democratic gubernatorial challenger Tom Wolf. But the light on the voting machine lit for Governor Tom Corbett, the Republican incumbent, instead.
It happened in South Middleton Twp. at the Community Christian Fellowship polling place on York Road. The woman said it took a while, but the problem was fixed and she was able to cast her vote as desired. Yet she called the whole incident "disturbing."
Reached for comment, Cumberland County Director of Elections Penny Brown said the incident sounded like a "calibration issue" with the machine.
Depending upon where a voter presses on the machine, this can make a difference on which candidate's light is activated on the machine ballot before one's vote is cast.
Brown said Cumberland has all of its polling technicians roving the county, and they are constantly checking to make sure machines are properly calibrated, ensuring voters encounter no problems when casting their ballots.
If you go to vote and encounter a problem, Brown advises voters to call the polling judge over for assistance. Polling attendants will move you to another machine or otherwise assist you with ensuring your vote is cast as desired. - The Patriot-News, 11/4/14
